MISSION STATEMENT
Excel Cleaning Services understands that the demands of modern careers and lifestyles can sometimes create gap in housecleaning, we aim to bridge that gap by providing professional, affordable and customized housecleaning services.
HOME PLAN
A home plan is a step-by-step guide for cleaning your home. We will review each room that you have request to be cleaned. Listing all required cleaning task for that room and which products will be used. We also include an estimated task time (ETT). This will give all parties an idea of the total amount of time necessary to complete a housecleaning. Please understand that a thorough cleaning is a time-consuming process. We give added care and take precautions with furniture, collectibles, and other objects.
Hours of Operation
Excel Cleaning Services generally provides services between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Voice mail or e-mail may be sent at any time. When phoning or e-mailing reservation, always wait for a confirmation. Our general response time is twenty-four hours.
Our Services
Visits are between 2 or 5 hours long, depending on the needs of your household, Several service options from weekly and bi-weekly cleans to monthly and one time only cleans available

HIGHLGIHTS
Deep clean is designed to be a starting point of your journey to a perfectly clean home! It will get us prepare your home for cost effective maintenance service and is essential for the first time cleaning. It is also perfect way to use this type of cleaning once a twice per year as seasonal cleaning of your regularly maintained home, to make sure you get to those "forgotten" or hidden areas that are usually not covered during regular visits.

Excel Cleaning Services.
Give you a set time for your cleaning, with a one-hour variance to allow for traffic and road conditions;
Provide its own cleaning products and tools, except as agreed upon according to your preferences;
Make suggestions with regard to cleaning products and procedures to ensure prompt and thorough cleaning of the household;
Maintain client house keys, home plans, and alarm codes in a fireproof safe at the residence of Excel Cleaning proprietor.
Excel Cleaning Services does not:
Provide service during the summer months to homes without adequate AIR-CONDITIONING;
Provide service to household during the time that the house is occupied by unsupervised children;
Operate your motor vehicle
Feed pets or clean up pet accidents.
We also do not:
Access your phone;
Exchange keys with anyone others than the contracted client;
Sell or share residential or e-mail addresses, names, or telephone numbers with any other company or organization
Inclement Weather:
Limited or delayed service may occur in extreme thunderstorms, and city-declared weather emergency.
All visits during a period of inclement weather will be on an hourly advisory status depending on the driving conditions.
Safety
Excel Cleaning Services asks you to inform trustworthy neighbors, neighborhood watch organizations, relatives, and so forth that a housecleaner will be on your property. Doing so can police department, neighbors and housecleaner from embarrassing situation.
Please notify Excel Cleaning Services in advance ( a few days is ideal) of any person or people who may be in your home during the time of the housecleaning service. This includes family members, service contractors, repair personnel, and so forth. Excel Cleaning Services reserves the right to reschedule visits that coincide with a visit by another service contractor or houseguest.
